Job went well – Tony and/or his crew came by three times to measure, double check the job. His estimate was fair given the replacement windows were Fleetwood. Tony’s crew was professional, on time and very clean (they cleaned at the end of every day).
New doors are awesome – very happy. Looks very professional.

Had five huge sliding glass doors replaced and one window. House very vertical, built in 1986 – new windows replaced single pane sliders.

Tony was excellent. I really felt like he was an advocate for me with every contractor who touched my house. The contractors who worked with him were professional & skilled. We were very happy with the result. Tony called at least once a day, kept us abreast of developments & told us what to expect. He completely rebuilt the house around us in under 4 months. Tony gave us materials at his cost & did not make additional profit there. We paid the heating contractor & tile store directly, & this was true for many things. He easily accomodated me as I added to the job, often without charging me extra, such as new closets in the kitchen & bedroom. He brought samples to my home to save me trips to the store. He was perfectionistic about the quality of work. He helped me design & pick colors as we went. Certain themes emerged & the whole house has a flow that I could not have predicted before we started. There is not one thing I would change. I love my house.

The job included a complete remodel of a 3 bedroom 1947 house in great need of updating & repair. They completely gutted & remodeled the kitchen & 3 bathrooms, refinished hardwood floors, new patio cover, concrete work & gazebo for jacuzzi, central heat & air, all new windows, custom cabinets, tile work & granite, all new electric box and wiring, complete restucco & paint for exterior, & complete paint inside including up to 4 colors per room. In short, a competely new house. The painters really prepped, often sanding down to bare wood, the tile work & cabinets are extrordinary, we couldn’t be happier. What ever came up Tony made sure it was taken care of. He was on time & on budget. We interviewed 7 contractors before meeting Tony & signed with him the first day he came over. He was obviously the right guy for us. He took responsibility for everything.

They are very personable and helpful. They have some creative suggestions to some odd issues I had concerning my house. No sales pressure, no pressure to do unnecessary work, even suggested some fixes I could do myself. They were willing to work with my own odd schedule (compromises were made, but very fair). Based on the work done so far, I am very confident hiring them for the next ”wave”, which will include bathroom remodeling and structural work.

They repaired damaged concrete stairs and fireplace mantle, replaced dryrotted wood along house foundation and porch supports.

Nexxus and Tony are outstanding contractors. Tony bids on the job immediately which is incredibly refreshing – someone who is confident in their knowledge of construction work and hours and knows exactly how much things will cost. Everything was done meticulously. The crew was polite and considerate. We interviewed 4 contractors and felt the most confident about Tony. We are sad we don’t have more work to do – he’s a pleasure to work with.

Tony + team completed the following for us: 1) created an outdoor front stoop area with concrete, tiles, a new railing, built in lights. More difficult than it sounds since we’re in the hills and strange slopes and angles exist. 2) retiled and redid our outside stairs and landing. 3) re-stained and added decking to our backyard. 4) built a master bedroom walk in closet with electricity and wired for a flat screen tv. 5) knocked out our shower and put in a bathtub. 6) repainted our house 7) added additional hose outlets in the backyard Everything was done meticulously and we are picky people!

I had a bid from another company, but Tony gave me more confidence that I’d get what I wanted. He even talked me out of a few of my more outlandish (and EXPENSIVE) ideas. In the end, he was dead right. The crews all showed up on time – and even early. There was not one day that someone didn’t show up. Tony oversaw the entire job and called every day to check on how it was going. I even had a bay window with really ugly tile. It was not mentioned in the estimate. I asked Tony how much he would charge to retile the window area – he said nothing. The workers were very careful with my two dogs (another plus for me). When Tony gave me my estimate, he said the job would be finished around Christmas. He finished a month early. How many nightmares had I heard about contractors taking forever to finish jobs. That is one of the main reasons I had avoided remodeling. The finished project is better than I imagined. I couldn’t be happier to have done this.

Demo old kitchen, including removing walls. Complete remodel of kitchen, installed new custom cabinets. Installed CaesarStone counter tops, plumbing upgrade and repair in kitchen, tiled kitchen floor in slate. Complete electrical upgrade and new lighting fixtures throughout house including chandelier, built laundry room with shelves, painted entire interior of house and repaired and refinished hardwood floors.

A little prickly (anal) but probably a good trait for his profession. Didn’t feel snowed, but definitely a short and to the point guy. Don’t look for handholding – it’s business. Nice guy though.

As a few things popped up, Tony was very good about providing us with alternatives that were less expensive and actually turned out great! He uses crews that are all punctual and take special care around house. Very clean workers.

Tony Pantera called me back precisely when he said would, arrived to give me an estimate on time and prepared a written estimate and contract at our home. We reviewed it called him back to accept it on a Friday. He said that demolition would begin on that Monday and gave us a time line for completion of all work. His crew arrived on Monday and demolition was completed in two days. After that, all work was done on schedule, on budget and with the highest quality workmanship. He kept us completely informed on the project’s progress and was on site every day. His crews were very friendly and professional. Again, we would stress that the workmanship was first rate. I was very pleased to have found Nexxus on Angie’s List and have already recommended the company to friends.
