Tony came on time, was polite, helpful, & took time to explain my options & why he charged what he did. Had I a large remodel to do, he might be someone I would consider, depending on his bid. He inspired confidence & probably does really fine work. This is just my impression as he’s done no work for me.
Description of work:
Leak in shower to ceiling below. Very small area but since the work would involve several trades (carpenter, hot mop, ceramic tile removal & replacement) Tony explained his price would have to be a minimum of $6,500 if only the least amount of tiled area was involved. Otherwise more & he couldn’t say how much more. I would have provided the tiles. For me this amount was excessive. He said he does very large jobs & anything less would not be profitable for him for the labor & time involved. He explained what needed to be done should I want to contract for workers myself. He didn’t recommend it though.
